Overview
I was responsible for designing numerous email signature graphics at Waters. These graphics appear beneath employee email signatures and serve as promotional space for products, systems, and special offers.
Process
I designed these graphics to fit seamlessly below a standard email signature, which meant working within intentionally small dimensions. I used simple visuals and encouraged the marketers to provide short, punchy copy to make sure everything stayed legible yet impactful at that small size. The challenge was finding that sweet spot between eye-catching and minimal.
