Sub-Zero Pitch-Off Invitation
My Role
Graphic Design, Prepress, Assembly
Project Overview
Clarke was hosting on an event where salespeople submitted their pitches for review. Once the finalists were selected, they were invited to a restaurant in Boston to present their pitches in person, and a winner was awarded. My task was to design an invitation for the finalists, and assemble gift boxes containing a “Welcome to the Finals” cookie, the invitation, and a ribbon to tie it all together.
Process
Before designing the invitation, I met with the printer to select the cardstock and discuss the layout of the invitation. I wanted the invitation to feel more special than just a standard card, so we went with an accordion-style design. I worked with the event team to align on verbiage as well as overall look and feel. I wanted to incorporate Sub-Zero brand elements like the snowflake and stainless-steel textures as well. After reviews and feedback from the team, the invitation was approved and finalized. I then sent the files off to the printer, and after receiving them, I assembled the boxes with an invitation, customized cookie, blue crinkle shreds, and a ribbon.
